Hotpoint Aquarius Help

hi all,

I hope you can help.

I haveca hotpoint aquarius.

It has started to spin and then the start light flashes and otger lights come on and it just stops! Ive attached a pic.

Grateful for any advice anyone could give me in terms of getting it fixed...

Error f11. Pump wires disconnected or pcb faulty. Check pump wires are not unplugged.

Thankyou..how do i check to see if pump wired are disconnected? It was fine before so not sure why would become disconnected all if a sudden altho i have moved it recently could that cause it?

Depending on your model number. Pump will be at the front under the kickstrip or at the back left of the machine.

Is it as simple as looking for a loose wire??

Yes. Two wires on a little plug at the back of the pump. If not pcb is blown.
