I have had my washer dryer all of 5 weeks and this evening I had a load on and there was a sudden bang and the washing machine every time it spun start throwing itself accross the kitchen. the washing machine is level and when the spin started it sounded like something was banging the glass - so i stopped the cycle. I have drained the machine of water with the pump programme and taken the clothes out (pants and t shirts - no bras or the like!) the drumb moves backwards and forwards quite a lot and there is a split in the rubber i notce - has anyone any ideas whats wrong with it?
