Hello,

I have an issue with my washing machine. It stopped mid-way through a cycle yesterday with a full load, and with all the water still in. My wife tried to restart the cycle, which just resulted in more water being added and getting stuck. There were flashing lights which seemed to indicate the pressure switch was stuck, but the lights have now changed and from the top, lights 1, 3 & 4 are flashing. I managed to drain the machine manually and remove all the clothes, and have cleared a small amount of debris from the front filter and could not find any obvious blockages anywhere. I've plugged it back in and tried to put it through a fast wash, but after around 10 seconds of filling, it freezes again and the same lights come back on. Is there somewhere else there may be a blockage, or ould I be best getting an expert to come out?

Thanks

It means f11 pump wires disconnected. If there ok it's taken out the pcb.

Thanks for the fast response.

PCB is the circuit board, yes?

Changing one is beyond me, but can check nothing has become unplugged. Where is it located?

At the rear of the pump is a block with 2 red wires on it are they connected to the pump.

Right, they are plugged in correctly. Will get onto Hotpoint in the morning to sort an engineer.

Thanks for your help!
