Hotpoint Aquarius WF540 F15 fault

Hi, wondering if anybody could help identify a fault I've got with my Hotpoint Aquarius washing machine. The machine won't turn on, and turning it on and off at the plug causes the first four lights to flash. Looking at other forums, it seems that the code for the fault is F15 - dryer heater relay.

Can anybody explain a little more, or advise on how the problem can be solved?

Pcb is faulty. Emw for a recon pcb. Nothing more you can do.

Is this relatively straightforward to replace ourselves, or is it something we would have to get somebody in to do?

Take a photo of the connections on the pcb , then unplug them and post the pcb to emw for a replacement done in 24 hrs.
