Hi All

IO woke up this morning to find that my hotpoint bf1620 dishwasher had decided it wasn't going to work. I have water in the bottom of the unit, it hadn't finished the cycle I put on last night and now both the first and second lights are flashing which won't let me do a normal reset.

Does anyone have any ideas? I think I may need to clear of acces the pump but I'm not sure how to do this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much

IIRC, you will need to tilt the washer backward and the 'pump' outlet is front right, very strong circlip release and drain into a bowl, have a good clean out of any old food etc , hoipe this helps

Read the instruction manual on how to clear blockages.

Or try the Appliances forum.
