Hotpoint BWD129 dispenser hose leaking 2nd time - how to fix

Hi,

The dispenser drawer hose that connects to the top of the drum has become dislodged for the second time and is leaking a lot of water.

I've checked the water pump filter which was blocked with a bra strap after i fixed it about 3 washes ago.

The dispenser drawer hose is now loose again im pritty sure its gone on after refitting correctly and by taking it all off and reattaching it it looked in good condition. What could be causing this to happen so regularlly? (The machine wasn't overloaded).

It does tend to have quite a loud whine intermittantly on spin cycle that it didnt have before.

This was a push and twist type connection to the drum and had a hook around the dispenser - should this have some type of connector to secure it?
