Hotpoint FDL570 dishwasher went bang

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help me. I've got a Hotpoint FDL570 dishwasher which was working until this morning. I've switched it on all loaded up, press start and it appeared to be starting to go as normal. It was on for a few seconds and then there was a large bang. There's no water inside, and the machine won't switch on at all. I've checked the fuse in the plug and the socket's working fine, so it's definitely the machine itself. As it won't switch on there are no error codes. Any ideas what it could be, or what I should check next ?
