Hotpoint ffa52 fault

Hello,
I have an Hotpoint ffa52 fridge freezer frost free..
lately the freezer is forming ice.. The compartment doors are sticking and all sort.. How can I solve the problem??..

How old is it , cos between 2007/9 there's been a problem with this model and a mod kit has been fitted called a shell set that stops this happening. it's not a kit that you can fit yourself. Your best bet is to call hotpoint they will fix it parts and labour £100.00 that's the best bet.

It's about a year and a half old which probably comes into the 09 range.. Il get onto hotpoint.. Thanks for your help..
