hi,

my freezer has just started to drip water out of the bottom of the door,when i took the bottom drawer out there was a build up of ice under it,i cleaned it off and made sure it was dry before putting the drawer back in but 2 days on and the ice is back.

i would be grateful for any help.

drain hole is blocked needs unblocking,

remove the draws in the freezer ,then remove rear panel about 6 screws and you will see the hole in the middle ,tip hot water down it to defrost place towel on the bottom to catch the water .

everything seems to be going fine now i've got rid of the ice,just wondered what i should do to stop this happening again.

total defrost every 6 months switch off at mains leave for 24 hrs .
