How do I get this bl**dy sealant off?!?!

Guys

I've had a shocker and forgotten to put masking tape down in one area prior to filling the gap between the last wall tile and the laminate floor. Needless to say, there's smearings of bloody sealant everywhere.

Any ideas on how I can get it off?

To make it worse, the laminate flooring has a textured surface!

If it's as simple as letting it dry, and then peeling it off, just let me know before it dries too much!

The solvent cleaner used by professional window fitters to clean plastic window frames is pretty effective at removing residue

Probably - how porous is the surface?

Screwfix sell a removing chemical, but not sure how it would affect your laminate.

WD40 might do it.

but test on a part of the floor that's not seen first in case it hurts the floor
