How Do People Afford To Use The Trains?

I'll go a bit slower.
Drove old car from Pompey to Lowton. Part ex'd it. Women rear ends my new car as dealer takes it to adjacent car park. Was planning on driving new car home, one way, at a cost of approx £20.00.
Have to leave new car with dealer to fit new bumper. Get train, one way home. Cost with taxi's a little over £200.00. Car delivered to me on transporter a week or so later. Simples.

You were going slower to get the MPG.
Last time I try some humour with you.

I do accept some others use the "Wink" ;) to patronise. I however do not.
As I used to do London To Hayling Island a lot in a transit van the £20 was pretty amazing you achieved.

No offence intended. I don't use the wink button for that very reason.

No worries.
As I said a 2.5 transit ( but i had tools generators and materials on board) would use about £30 there and back!!

It was a rhetorical question .

It was obvious you had not.
Hence the figure is incorrect for the actual cost of the journey.
