I've lived in loads, about 6. Wouldn't rent out a house, landlords buying up houses to rent push up prices so people can't afford them.

so how long have your longest tenant rented off you ?Friend, if we did not rent out our properties there would be less to go around and rents would be higher and many may be open to risks from bad LL's just like LL's are at risk from some awful T's
As we only buy in nice areas and always rent out slightly below max prices and then dont raise the rent for as long as T's are there and if they are good, T's dont want to leave.
As time goes on, we may give away property to hard-working people on low wages that have spent their money on essentials but still cant afford a property.

Let's say you have 6 properties you rent out, if you sold them on the open market, that would be 6 more properties for sale, more choice so lower prices.if we did not rent out our properties there would be less to go around
