I'm looking to have a rectangular deck built 12m x 4m at the back of my garden.
Std 6x2 beams\joists, 144mm pine deckboards, with a ledger attaching the rear of the deck to the retaining wall at the back of the garden.
Its on a slight slope so will need dig out and posts put in (appx 24)
I'm supplying all the balusters, (already purchased the Fusion stuff), so I'm looking for just the deck structure to be built and the balusters\newels etc, to be fitted. I could also buy the rest of the materials required.
How much should I be looking at this costing labour-wise?, and what should a good quality joiner be charging for a daily rate?
