How to add fence panel to concrete post

Hi, I want to add a fence panel to a concrete post, theres no slot in the direction I want to add it.

Whays the easiest /best way to do that ?
Are there some clips made for that ?
I was thinking I can add a wooden post to it ?
But I imagine the concrete is hard to drill into ?

Any suggestions gratefully accepted !

don't drill it

this will encourage cracking and may damage the steel reinforcement

are there any holes in the post, or just slots?

is it at the end of the fence, at a corner of the garden?

I've seen some sort of 2 part clamp that you can fit to square posts to form a U channel in situations like this.

They were similar to these but these aren't the ones.
