how do you replace a fan element on a single oven got a replacment element removed the back of the oven what do i do now

In most cases you have to remove the shelves and take off the back panel inside and also remove the oven from its housing to get the exterior back panel off. The element may be held with self tapping screws in the front or nuts at the back.
