You could check each room individualy. Close all doors in that room, and check around windows floorboards etc. You could mask the gap around the door to stop draughts from other rooms penetrating to the room you are checking. Do you have an open chimney - if so but some rockwool insulation in a plastic bag and stuff it in the throat of the chimney.
