How to open a stuck Hormann up and over with 4 point locking

Hi

Fitted just over a year ago, a basic metal up and over the type with springs at top.

Seems a top catch won't release. I might just get someone out but thought no harm in asking if there's an easy way to get it open then try and see what's wrong!

Presumably from the outside?
I hope it isn't easy because that is what I have
