How to straighten sloping window and door

Hi every one,

I'm looking for some advice. I have a house that has suffered subsidence about 10 years ago. This was stabilised but one window in the first floor and the door on the ground floor slope down by about 1 inch on the left hand side. What could be done to make the window and sill level?

If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

Thanks Foxhole. Yep going to replace them the problem is that the lintel and sill have dropped and I want to get it all square
