I think I may be a bit thick here but how do I install an inline mains descaler(Fernox Quantomat).
It is designed to fit 1/2" 15mm pipes it has a female screw.
Is it just a case of using a 15mm compression coupler and one side screws directly and use PTFE tape or do I have to have a thread that eventually gets wider as do radiator connections?
