Please can anyone help. We have a Ideal ICOS HE 15. Up to now it must have been working ok as we have had hot water. However, this evening we tried to put the heating on for the first time and nothing is happening! The lights on the control box are on but when we've looked at the boiler the display says 0 and there is no burner light on. We have tried switching the power off and on again and the light briefly flashes on and the display says 1 then reverts back to 0 with no light. I have searched through the manuals online (we have just moved to this property and dont have manuals to hand) but nothing helps. Is there anyone out the that can before we have to go to the expense of calling someone out?

turn your thermostat up as im sure 0 means that there is no call for heat
