I made a HOLE in the plaster

My windows are only about three years old and are UPVC double-glazed. I don't think you can drill into those sorts of frames, can you? I'd rather make a hole in the plaster than ruin an expensive window!

I don't know. Post a Q on the Windows forum here. Attach some pics of your window frames, inside anbd out, and the jamb with the window open. They will know.
