problem with my mothers boiler no water or heating.it fires up but after a minute or two it shuts down and shows a fault code L then F.what parts could be at fault,and whats the best test sequence.

check the condense outlet is not frozen up first.

thought i had checked that,so pulled pipe off outside and water gushed out,looks like its now working ,thank you.
