hello,
we have the below named boiler - it is working (in so far as the CH is on as I write) but the status/fault display is completely blank. The helpful pamphlet that comes with the boiler describes all the LED codes but doesn't say anything about "nothing". There is also a low frequency noise that I haven't previously been aware of....similar to the boiler firing up sound.
The on switch LED is still on and the control display still errm... displays.
Can anybody tell me a) what is wrong? b) is it a symptom of any other fault?

Its probably as a result of water dripping from the AAV.

Most likely to be the connecter rather than the display itself. Might be recoverable by careful cleaning but as a minimum will probably need a back to back connector.
