Ideal Isar HE24 pump surging

Hi All,

My Ideal Isar HE24 seems to have a weird problem. It works but when hot water is called for & the flow is not fully on the pump cam be heard to ramp up & down continuously. The pressure also them rises & drops with thepump noise. The pressure rise is only a few hundred mbar but noiseable on the pressure gauge.

Could it need a new divertor valve?
