Hi all we have this boiler - im aware that this boiler ain’t the best but when I call for central heating the burner lights up for about 30/40 seconds then goes out - fan continues to run then after 2 minutes the burner kick in again but for about 40 seconds then goes out - is this normal as the temperature isn’t being reached in the room ‍

No ,it's not normal. You need an engineer to visit.

No it’s not normal and sounds like the diverter actuator.

Ok I have an engineer coming out on Monday and will let you know the issue/fix
