Other half has just told me the boiler stopped working with error code F9. This seems to mean:
"Unconfigured PCB. Please contact Ideal (if under warranty) or alternatively a Gas Safe Registered Engineer if outside of the warranty period. In IE contact a Registered Gas Installer (RGII)."
I told her to try and age old turn it off and on again and it seems to be working fine now without an error code. Its about 3-4 years old now and was only serviced 7 days ago by British gas under our home care agreement.
Is it worth me getting in touch with British gas to take a look? Or just see how it fairs after being power cycled. Not sure what the error is about or whether just recycling it will cause problems.
