hi, can any one help i have a ideal response boiler and to get any hot water i have to put on the central heating it doesn't give hot water with out heating on help................................

With the heating turned off and cooled down turn a hot tap on and feel the heating flow pipe from the boiler,if it is hot then a new diverter part is needed.
 
which diverter valve is that then?

op, the flow switch is probably faulty. if thats the only problem you got with this boiler then feel yourself lucky. Start saving for a new one, this boiler will almost certainly give you endless problems.

Very unfortunately, anyone can post a reply on this site and the OP cannot know who is a professional or just a DIYer who either doesn't know or is intentionally trying to confuse.

As Mick has stated, the expectation is that the DHW flow switch has stuck. Thats easy to check for anyone who can make simple electrical tests.
