Ideal Standard Close Couple Kit

Just wondered as these are getting harder and harder to get from local merchants, i would ask if anyone knows of anywhere reasonable priced to get them from

I am after the truly Flat machine pressed ones with the ideal standard round dounut.


Links and Prices would be appricated, I also looking for line Filter Washers 1/2" (15mm) 3/4" (22mm) and ideally a 1" (28mm) as another item i just can't seem to get locally as well.
