I'm having a little problem with a new install of one of these toilet cisterns.
I've got it all connected and the low capacity flush works fine. One firm push = flush.
The problem is with the high capacity flush, it needs to be pumped at least three times before it will flow.
I've checked the button and the pneumatic pipe and it seems fine (No kinks, good air movement).
It's connected to an ideal 'purity' pan if that makes any difference.
Is this a common problem and is it a straightforward fix? It's easy enough to get the gubbins out of the cistern but I don't want to dismantle it and have all the little pingfuckits disappear to all corners of the bathroom, as they inevitably do when I dismantle mechanisms of this kind.
Thanks,
Mike.
