Can anyone explain how the ikea vanity basin wastes work. There's a flexible pipe that leaves the trap. But how does this then connect to 32mm waste pipe?

Can you post pictures? I think there's a conversion part you can useCan anyone explain how the ikea vanity basin wastes work. There's a flexible pipe that leaves the trap. But how does this then connect to 32mm waste pipe?
The waste is telescopic slides the trap to the back of the vanity. Would I need a whole new one of these? They dont work, designed for the Swedish waste systems. Throw it away and fit a UK waste.
I'll have a look at that. The elbow ,bottom of pic ,that connects to the Flexi waste pipe ,If you don't use that ,but instead fit a 1¹/⁴ inch ( 32 mm) compression elbow ,that may work. As long as the compression elbow seals on the rigid end of the Flexi.
Can you measure the Diameter ,external ,of that rigid bit of the Flexi ???
So the straight rigid part of the flexible pipe goes in to a 32mm mcalpine fitting and bites up ok?Got the same ikea vanity unit, you need a 32mm McAlphine adaptor to connect to both pipes (Screwfix 68742)
