Indesit Dishwasher Orange light fault

Can anyone help out on this .....

I have a indesit dif04 dishwasher & it has two orange lights flashing all the time, it's number one (next to 'p' button ) & number four on far right.

The power on button is also flashing (green), i've already replaced the pcb in the lower front panel & the led strip button in the top of the door.

None of the buttons do anything when pressed & the machine does not fill with water, any help would be appreciated.

Oh dear pcb has not been programmed. You need a smart card and reader cost about 130.00.

Thanks will look into this as i purchased it programmed, atleast i think i did.

Can any one help us.... Dishwasher has water in the bottom and when you set the programme close the door it beeps as normal but then nothing happens and after 10 mins we opened the door as nothing happened and the first two lights are flashing orange... Any ideas???
