Indesit DIF 04 flashing light problems

Hi everyone i have a 4 year old Indesit DIF 04 dishwasher

The problems are 2 lights that are flashing which are the on/off button and the 50/eco light

Has any one come across this before ?

Any help would be great thanks

The error codes are given by the On/Off light flashing together with one or more of the first four program lights.

Is the 50/eco the 4th program light from the left? If so, I believe that indicates a failed heating element, or the temperature sensor behind the door panel has come off it's mounting bracket.

We have got the same problem on our Indesit DIF 04 dishwasher: on/off light and eco wash lights (number 4 on panel) both flashed and the wash was not completed. Now the machine will not go through a washing cycle. It fills, attempts to heat, but does not start washing. It will pump out. Am I to assume that there is some kind of heating problem? If I am right, what can I do about it?
