Indesit fridge freezer warm fridge

Hi

I am having an issue with my Indesit Fridge freezer (BIAA 134P F), freezer seems fine but the fridge is not getting any cold air.

So far I have turned it off removed everything and left it for over 24 hours to defrost.
I removed the back panel and checked the fan is cutting in and running fine.
One thing I have found is that even with a hair dryer I can not feel any air flowing out of the vent in the fridge.

Does anyone know if there is a valve between the freezer and the fridge on this model and if so how I would access it.
