Indesit IDL 530 Dishwasher Fault

Hi all,
I have the above and it's giving me grief. It won't drain away all the time and stinks. Also today it fails to heat the water so gives it a cold wash.
Any ideas?

check the heater with a meter .most prob be pcb faulty ,new one about 30 quid .
