Please help!! - my washing machine is leaking from underneath (quite a lot of water!) when we turned it upside down there is small perfectly round hole were the water is coming from - don't know if this is the cause of the leek because it looks as though its supposed to be there. Also before discovering this hole I couldn't locate a filter to see if this was blocked - urgent its still got a washing load inside!!! Thanks : /
