Infrico bar Bottle cooler lamp

Hi,

Does anyone know how to remove the flourescent lamp located above the door on an Infrico Bottle cooler. I think its a 144 bottle cooler and is in our local. I had a look and I can remove the starter but the lamp appears to be covered in a clear plastic cover which I can't see how to move.
