I recently had my conservatory roof replaced with a higher grade polycarbonate. As recent as 1 month after the fit, there was woodlice and spiders getting inside the sealed units.I asked the guy and he said he'd hoover them out.
I'm not happy and would like someone to advise me as to whether this is acceptable or should I push for a replacement???He said this often happens and is normal. I replalced old ones to resolve this problem.
