We have a conservatory with a polycarbonate roof and have noticed on 3 of the panels there is water actually inside the panels, it sits for a few inches at the bottom of each panel. There are some circular fittings on the top of the panels near where this water is and I was wondering if these had anything to do with the water inside the panels. Any ideas what to do please?

Polycarbonate panels are usually a series of walled channels that run down the panel. I am guessing that water has got in to these channels at some point along their length and simply collected at the bottom. We have had a lot of vicious wet and windy weather that could easily drive water in where perhaps some fixings are a little loose. You probably have a cap at the base of the sheets that is holding the water in. Get any loose fixings sealed and tightened and remove the endcaps to allow the water to drain out.
