Our house has a bay window with a concrete slab roof.

I figured i should probably insulate this. No space on the inside though.

A few years back i insulated 160 balcony slab floors on a block of flats. We used 25mm marmox boards bonded down with tile adhesive. I was thinking of doing somethign similar on this roof, sound ok?

I'd go thicker on the insulation probably.

It doesnt leak so i was going to just bond down the insulation, fit a wooden facia around the edge (should i insulate edge too?) then cover with either felt or rubber.

Sound ok?

Oh, our front door has a similar slab 'porch', dont know what you'd call it. Worth insulating that? Will much cold bridge through from it? There is no cavity insulation.
