Hi, I have recently re-sited my feed water tank on my conversion roof. It is sitting on a left over sheet of 100mm kingspan which is in turn sitting off the ground on a couple of flat lying 6x2's.
My question is now that the cold weather is coming i need to box it in and insulate it. Do you think it would be ok to build a box around it leaving a 50mm gap and pack it with fibreglass or should I use something like 50mm sheets of polystyrene or kingspan.
Don't want to go over the top with insulation just dont want it to freeze.
Thoughts appreciated.
