In our house the loft is already converted however the plasterwork is badly damaged etc and im going to pull it all down and start again. At the moment there is no insulation at all in between the roof timbers does anyone know what the spec is the timbers are 7 ins or 180mm (ish!) i was going to use the kingspan type sheets or is there a better way. perhaps insulated plaster board
also i would need it to be the cheaper materials way rather than faster time as im doing it myself with limited money
