insulation shed roof

Hi Iam planning on insulating my shed roof with 80mm kingspan boards inbetween the roof joist's the joist's are 6x2 what would you recommend is the best way to proceed to minimise condensation the shed will be heated all year

Leave a gap above the insulation and make sure it is ventilated at both ends of the joists.

if its mainly wood you wont get condensation except on glass or metal where an edge is in contact with the outside

Insulation does not prevent condensation, good ventilation does.
