Greetings everyone, I have a basement flat of a terraced property with sizeable crack on internal wall (please see pictures).

Looks like whatever behind (block work?) had pushed the plaster out.

Behind that wall is nextdoor's basement flat.

Does this look fixable and no great problem or does it look like a structural issue with the building?

Any help would be most appreciated

Have you checked with next door, the other side of that wall, if they have any issues, or doing any work?

I checked but couldn't see any sign of damage on their side

Very slight flaking paint underneath but no substantial damp signs.

I picked some of the plaster away to reveal the pictures below

Knock all the coating off to reveal the actual wall behind. It looks like we are seeing plaster on top of render.

If the actual wall is cracked, then you will need the opinion of a structural engineer to determine the cause and the suitable repair.
