internal doors advice

hi,

can anyone give me advice on how to choose between differrent types of internal doors?

I was looking for some nice doors for my flat renovation project and was a bit suprised to find out the prices of hardwood doors!

So i had a look at B&Q and they had some white doors for about £40 each?

Whats the differrence between these and more expensive doors?

In my last flat I have pine doors from b&Q and they seemed to expand and contract quite a lot with the temperature. Dnt think I want to go down that road again

Basically you get what you pay for, the cheaper doors are normally egg box type, very light & they don't expand or twist etc, the solid doors are more heavy & stronger but not alway depending how they are made together!
