Internal Drughtproofing for External PVC Doors and Windows.

I have searched draft proofing issues, but not got an answer on this specifically...

Externally, where render meets windows and doors, I have used frame sealant to close any gaps and to draught proof. But inside, would decorator's caulk be appropriate; or something else? Ta.

Should not be any gaps internally.
