Internal window sill level ?

This might sound daft but should an internal window sill be level or drop into the window slightly ? Obviously it shouldn't drop into the room or you will get condensation leaks running down the wall?

If your condensation is bad enough to be running down the wall you need to improve the environment in your room. A combination of removing humidity with better ventilation including extraction in your bathroom and trickle vents plus open the window for a short time every day. Plus reducing moisture creation by not drying clothes inside or having too long showers.
You can also improve the internal surface temp of the window by fitting better glazing or reducing thermal bridges around the window
