This morn turned heating on manually (managed by honeywell 927)
Went and had shower, come back downstairs and still cold with rads just warming up.

When heating on all lights are on as per normal
When calling for hot water it shuts off the heating and just leaves the radiator symbol light on (which I believe is the pump) then fires the pilot back up and all lights come on again.

Turn hot tap off and flame goes out all lights off bar radiator symbol light and then 5 secs later fires back up the flame, all lights on and heating resumes.

Stuck DV?

Thanks

I dont understand what you are trying to say.

But I have explained clearly what the symptoms of a stuck diverter vale are.

Do a search including "Tony" and you should find it.

Tony,

What I'm trying to say is:

Hot water on own - ok
Heating on own - ok
Can't have both on together.
If heating on and I turn hot tap on the heating stops and then starts back up again when the hop tap turned off.

If that is a combi, which I think it is,then you cannot have CH and HW on at the same time and that is the way they are designed to work.
