Is this artex?

Hello everyone

Am I right that this is artex (or similar) on the walls of my living room? I would like to get it checked for asbestos if so.

Originally I thought it was anaglytpa wallpaper, but I can't notice the seams. The bedrooms upstairs are all in anaglypta and the seams are very noticeable.
