is this mould and damp?

Hi there sometime ago i had a bad leak in my bathroom so all the joists where replaced and new chipboard and flooring was replaced, but since then i have had mushrooms growing in my kitchen and slugs trails every morning

I pulled up the vinyl in my kitchen and have found all black . I have also checked under the bath and all the wall is covered in black, which has also sometimes been on my kitchen units.

Do you think this might be a serious leak somewhere? and also is the black mould dangerous and mushrooms dangerous because i have young children.

I have tried to take some pictures there not the best quality

How long is "sometime?"

What was done to dry out the house?

over a year ago, the floor in the bathroom was replaced, joists and all but a strong smell was coming from the kitchen floor, which i ripped up and found to be rotten.

nothing up to now, should i be getting a dehumidifier?

start by finding all the damp parts and exposing them to the air.

If you have any wooden (suspended) ground floors, have a look under them and verify that the airbricks and throughflow of air have done their job.
