Is this plaster dry?

Does plaster dry uniformally to pale pink? Had walls skimmed a week ago and given warm weather, would assume they're dry but have several areas like the attached pic. Patches aren't the same colour as when walls first started drying out and have been this colour for several days.

It looks dry to me. You are however going to need to loosen the socket plate and back fill it.

I guess that your plasterer couldn't be bothered to pull the face plate forward.

Thanks Opps. That socket doesn't seem to pull more forward but it's going to be hidden by kitchen units so not an issue back filling it. No other sockets are in place so all good in the rest of the room.
